On Saturday night, critically-acclaimed duo for KING & COUNTRY performed before an audience of 34,000 people at Harvest Crusade at Angel’s Stadium in  Anaheim, CA. The event, now in its 24th year, is hosted by Pastor Greg Laurie and is designed to be an opportunity for Christians to invite family members and friends to hear the message of the gospel in an entertaining and non-threatening environment.

“For King and Country was a great addition to the Harvest Crusade this year,” said John Collins, Executive Director of Harvest Ministries. “Their performance was electric and had universal appeal. We’ve had nothing but great comments about the quality of their music and the content of the message.” “Occasionally there comes a moment where the hours of writing, recording, rehearsing, touring, praying and dreaming all collide into a profound crescendo,” added Joel of for KING & COUNTRY. “Saturday night, as we stood alongside Greg Laurie and 34,000+ friends and shouted ‘Let my life be the proof of Your love,’ was without a doubt one of those rare, spiritual and profound moments.”

This past week the duo also received seven nominations including “New Artist of the Year,” “Song of the Year” and “Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year” for the 44th Annual GMA Dove Awards scheduled to take place in Nashville, TN, on October 15. On Tuesday, for KING & COUNTRY released their live CD/DVD package, Hope is What We Crave │LIVE, which was recorded on the final night of their first headlining tour in 2012 and features their new single, “Hope Is What We CRAVE.”
